Cancellation Policy
Please note that the first night’s accommodation (for 1 night stays) or 50% of the total (for greater than 1 night stays) will be charged at the time of booking.
The full deposit will be refunded for a cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date, less a 10% cancellation fee.
If cancelling within 8 – 20 days before the arrival date, guests will be refunded 50% of the deposit, less a 10% cancellation fee.
If cancelling 7 days or less before arrival, guests will forfeit their deposit.
If cancellation is due to a Government enforced Border Closure or Lockdown (from COVID or any other Pandemic), the deposit will be transferred as a credit to be used within a timeframe as determined by management on an individual basis.
If you become unwell or infected with COVID and you wish to cancel at least 48 hours prior to arrival, we can cancel/postpone your booking and hold your deposit as a credit for a future booking. No refunds will apply.
If you become unwell or infected with COVID and you wish to cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
